Pathetic

I don't even know where to start, these people can't solve a simple case. I've provided all the documentation required, but they can't seem to solve such a simple thing. I'm starting to think they make money from not solving cases, the longer the case is open the more money for them. It is really pathetic, it seems the place is not run by professionals. Two years to solve a simple case of ****** identity. This is the most frustrating organization I've ever had to deal with. Angry does not even summarize how I'm feeling right now, I mean just do your damn jobs!
