Pathethic service from Team leader and Staff

I have settled my account as arranged at the end of July. I recieved the settlement offer from Arthur so when payment was made in full I have emailed him the letter his sent together with the 2 payments made. He then sends me an after 2 weeks requesting a reference number yet of he opened the letters I attached it is there on his letter he sent. So useless cannot beleive any further. Then I have spoken to numerous agents who are working from home confirming that they have received my payments and that I should email there team leader Sarojini. Also after numerous emails to her from the 24th of July only last week she emailed her team to advise. So disgusted with the response from this company yet the calls you would receive for a day on payment is pathethic. Also being a team leader I would of had some hope that this would be resolved but definitely not. I would expect Sarojini to follow up with her team for my paid up letter as I was promised that once payment is recieved within 7 days I would receive a paid up letter and in my case this is not what was promised.
