Paid up letters

I have never experienced such incompetency I have been requesting for my paid up letters since last week, I keep receiving calls to this date when I have paid up all my accounts every call I make is in vain as I am told it will be escalated to the admin department to forward me the letters and given a turn around time of 48 hours that is never met. I am constantly receiving harassment that I have to pay my accounts which I paid already I would like to request those letters because I need to put a stop to the harassment. I have 3 accounts there and only received one this is such bad service
