Paid up letter -woolworths

<p>Hi my query is i paid up my bal at MBD CREDIT SOLUTIONS which is my woolworths account of R455,43 so now i requested a paid up.letter so woolworths can close this account but everytime i call MBD CREDIT SOLUTIONS for the paid up leeter they giving excuses they wil e mail to me nothing happens this is very frustrating. </p>
