Paid up letter with correct ITC reference

MBD is a serious pain in my life, I settled an a Capitec Account that was handed over many years ago, they went ahead and drafted a paid up letter using their own reference and not the ITC reference. I have made over 15 calls between last Thursday and today, which they advised that I will receive the letter in 48 hours but I haven't received it. Given the urgency of my case, they never seem to entertain the needs of their clients as I have repeatedly told them that I need this letter as soon as yesterday, I have sent an email with no response. This is not the first time they mess up my life, last year they had a different balance to what the the lender had, it showed settled on my lenders account but they still showed a balance on their side. I had to move mountains and cross rivers for them to fix that, they actually fixed after I posted on hellopeter. Are we supposed to go to hellopeter everytime we need help from MBD? please guys just send me a paid up letter with the ITC reference number, it's just a letter after all. Please. You don't know the extent of the harm you're causing in my life, you're destroying my life, you're destroying it I'm not able to do anything without that letter, maybe you will take things serious if one of your customers had to die because of the crippling effects you're effecting into the livelihoods of people? I need that letter as soon as possible, please.
