Paid Up Letter & Statement Hassle from MDB
I was told that my account is paid up and all I need is a paid-up letter and financial statement showing all my payments. I was advised by your staff to contact 4443, 4644, 4646 or 4647 and it either rings, no tone or music tone NONE STOP! If you not willing to help let me know asap.
