Paid up letter request.

I can't believe the level of service and the kind of employee this company hire's, I called in 2019 and asked for my paid up letter and no one sent it to me. When i called in today, someone said the account was not settled with them and therefore i must call back MrPrice and get the settlement letter from them.

I call MrPrice and they say i must call back MBD Attorneys, I have been trying to get a hold of them for an hour, a lady called Lebo answers and transfers my call, only for it to be hung up.

This is really shameful and disgraceful, a client shouldn't even call in to for a paid up letter or fight for something like this. February will be my second year without a paid up letter.
