Paid up letter request
Very unprofessional company, I settled my debt in February 2023 and I'm still waiting for paid up letter. My calls are being dropped, I got shouted at, they don't respond to emails either,..the same ACC I paid with them has been sold to Nimble and i don't have a paid up letter to prove payment.
