Paid Up letter received but still listed on credit bureau for outstanding amount and missed payments

MBD has listed me on the credit bureau for missed payments. I was under debt review which has subsequently been cleared. The provided my debt review company with a paid-up letter. On my credit report they have me listed for R71 outstanding and missed payments since 2021, how is this even possible??????. They accounts department clearly cant count or allocate payments. Payments to them were made each and every month of which I have proof. They are rude when you call them for assistance. They have not even updated my credit report since January 2025. I cant apply for a home loan now because of your incompetence of not allocating payments to accounts. I will be lodging a formal complaint against MBD at the CFDC and the Ombudsman. I need my credit profile to be cleared with immediate effect
