Paid Up letter outstanding for more than a year

Since my Woolworths card was paid in full, August 2018 I am struggling to get my paid up letter from MBD. Still receiving phone calls for outstanding amount on Woolworths!! On getting a statement today the payment is not allocated to my account and brought up to date. Providing the proof of payment to MBD, Woolworths does not help and emails are not answered.
