Paid up letter not received
Paid up an UDU loan to MBD on 2nd July. Still no paid up letter. MBD does not transfer calls to customer care. All calls are cut off. They have not rep**** to my e-mails where I requested the letter. MBD took over UDU loans and has listed me as a payment defaulter even though I was up to date on installments. I now have a bad credit score due to no fault of my own.
