Paid up letter not received
In the process of buying a home and have been requesting a paid up letter via email and phone and every way possible. Promises are made but no letter received. I do not want to say anything bad, I just need our paid up letter in order to put this behind us. How do I get assistance in this regard?

14 Apr 2021, 04:57I have still not received our paid up letter. Will be contacting NCR today as well as other means of assistance. Very dissapointed. This cannot be so difficult? When we owed money we paid and never disputed. Now that we are finished you refuse to assist us
