PAID UP LETTER NOT RECEIVED 3 MONTHS LATER

<p>I have contacted your offices numerous times to request the PAID UP LETTER for a Standard Bank account settled on 19/12/2016. Each time agents promise to resolve with no action taken afterwards. The service is appauling and I am not sure why you even bother recording calls if people will not be doing what they promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need urgent assistance with this matter.</p>
