Paid up letter not received

I agreed with your company on the money owed, begged borrowed to ensure I paid this money on time and since then I have no paid up letter from them, phoned the call centre numerous times, each time being promised it will be sent soon, till to date nothing.

May I please have this letter sent to me and my record updated :-*(

This is not the right letter you sent to me, it does not say paid up instead its asking for more money, not sure what kind of scheme you playing, also no answer on your customer care number or response from Silindile Ngcobo or Fatima who both corresponded with me via email.
