Paid up letter not received
<p>Hi I've been calling your call center and taken from consultant to another from December till date,</p> <p>I settled my account with REF ( ********** ********** 333289 ) on 11 December 2016 and today its the 29 March 2017 and still no paid up letter, everytime I call your callcenter I get different stories and a promise to call me back and never do</p> <p>I checked my ITC profile and it shows I still owe the creditor, I'm spending more money on airtime calling your offices for resolution</p>
