PAID UP LETTER NOT ISSUED

What is so difficult about providing clearance letter at MBD.I have settled my account two weeks back they promised i will receive the paid up letter withib 48 hours, days passed without receiving it.I called them multiple times and they kept on telling me to wait for 24 hours of which they never deliver to.the last call i made a very rude lady told me me to stop calling them.i do not know what to do anymore my life is stuck, i cannot do anything without this letter. Even their client Game have not recieved any feedback on my account to show that its paid up. I am really frastrated by this MBD people right now.
