Paid up letter not issued .
Bad experience ever untill today I still haven't received my paid up letter since I made payment for Cell c on 08 December 2025 already , they failing to issue this letter after numerous calls and emails that I made they busy escalating but nothing is happening. My name is listed now I'm unable to finish my account application because of this . Im not sure why the failing to do such a simple thing by emailing the letter they have been sending me from pillar to post I'm so frustrated by this.
