Paid up letter no recieved

MBD Attorneys are a worst collection company for companies to hand their clients to. Ive had settled my account a month ago and I havent recieved a paid UP letter which I was promised I will recieve in the next 24hrs by this lady. And the supervisor toldd me she was very busy to even listen to me.
