Paid up letter needed urgently!

I have since paid off my Foshini account and still waiting on a paid up letter to be sent to head office so that I can be cleared on the ITC. The last time I called Customer Care a lady picked up the phone and was chatting to another colleague about church and other things and did not bother speaking to me. I called again to no avail. This account has been paid off since last year already. This is poor service from the legal team!
