Paid up letter for ABSA loan

I have been dealing wit MBD Attorneys for almost 3 weeks now, getting a settlement letter stating how much I need to pay to settle my ABSA loan account has been a nightmare, I spoke to 7 different agents & told them they have incorrect email address & was correcting it each time but everytime I called in they"ll reas me the incorrect email address that I no longer use. My settlement letter finally came through after a week or so. This morning I call them for a paid up letter & they still have incorrect email address :( . I am not sure if I will ever get this paid up letter as their online self service still shows I still owe the balance that I was told is a discount on the settlement letter & shows as if I have paid only a certain %.
