paid-up letter
I settled my standard bank personal loan which was handed over to MBD on 16/03/2021. I have called them numerous since then asking for my paid up letter so that I can send to Standard bank for them to update my profile with the ITC.
I have have not received my paid up letter. How many more months must I still wait?
How difficult can it be to email a paid up letter?
