Paid-up letter

I've settled my debt and MBD promised me a paid letter within seven days, since that day, I've been calling more than three times a day demanding that paid up letter and none of their agents is able to help. They even made me call Telematix to demand the paid up letter even though they haven't updated Telematix on my account. To date, no help, no paid up letter, just a sad client.
