Paid up letter delay by MBD

I paid up an account on 06th of February and still haven't received a paid up letter. I was told I will get it after 3days of making payment, then I was told in 7days time I will receive it and I'm still waiting. Everytime I call I'm told will make a follow up or we will request the letter.
