Paid Up Letter

I have a problem with MBD , my Identity Account was handed over now the account is settled (paid Up) i have not receive a paid up letter as well my credit status is not updated . I have tried contacting them they keep on transferring to a line where the phone just keeps ringing no one is responding or helping.
