PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!

My colleague has been trying to get a paid up letter from you.

He had a cellphone contract with MTN, he finished paying it off around July 2021. He contact MTN and they said his account is fully paid up but they need a paid up letter from MBD Attorneys.

The call centre told him to wait a month before requesting for a paid up letter, he did just that. He has been trying to contact you via email. You asked him to change his email address which he did, now you claim that you sent the paid up letter to our work email address on the 17th of September. We haven't received such. Contact him on ***
