Paid up letter
I settled my standard bank credit card which was handed over to MBD on 02/06/2021. I have called them numerous since then asking for my paid up letter so that I can send to std bank for them to update my profile with the ITC.
I have also sent an email and have not received my paid up letter.
How difficult can it be to email a paid up letter?
