Paid up Letter

I paid up my jet account, however I still haven't receive my paid up letter its been years now sending them email without getting any respond. when i call their call cent they will promise to send but they don't. the jet account is still showing when i check my credit score. your customer service is so bad, when you need money you call 8times a day but hen we need our paid up letter you don't bother to help.
