Paid up letter and Close Account Letter!!!

I am so annoyed and fed up of this company now, your client (Edgars) handed my account to you guys, now that I paid off the account and asked for the paid up and account close letter you telling me that you waiting for the very same client to release the letter...was the account not handed over to MBD????You want to keep on sending me letters and calling me then claim communication fees!!!
