Paid-up Letter

Good day, so I was contacted by MBD agents For my Jet Account, Which I knew about and made debit payment arrangement with them, I later after few payments decided to settle the account n they had a settlement discount, Great! I then settled my account on the 3rd of May. At this moment what's bothering me it's their lies. I call them each and every day business hours, asking them for the paid up letter they have been claiming to send to my email address whenever I've called. If only they were honest when after how long can a person get his/her paid up letter. I've went to Jet to ask for Assistance but they refer me to MBD. I am using my airtime each day on people who claim to be professional by lying to me. I am Tired. I Hope Hello Peter will assist me. Y'all are my last Hope as this I need the paid up letter.
