Paid up letter
I have phoned countless times and emailed this horrible company for my paid up letter. They hounded me for a small amount of under a R1000 and were able to set up a debit order within minutes but they can’t send a measly paid up letter in a space of a month. Just a terrible company. I want my paid up letter.
