paid up letter

No assistance whatsoever from this company. Everyone seems to be accessing a different system that gives them different information about my profile. I was offered a discount and paid per agreement and have now been asking for a paid up letter that all of MBD consultants claim is on its way or Has already been sent, it’s been 5 months. I’m fed up with their incompetence and inability to just have a single reliable source of information upon which to make decisions and do follow ups. Consultants either hang up due to not having answers, or they claim not to hear me. This morning the consultant called their manager to her desk line, the manager claimed she can’t hear me, when the consultant took the phone, same line, she could hear me. Pathetic and inexcusable behaviour. I demand my paid up letter
