Paid up letter a no show

I had an account handed over to them. They are very good with harassing people with calls when you owe them however I settled my account and requested my paid up letter consultants kept on requesting for the letter and giving me the customer care number to request a letter from. The number rang with no one to pick it. I wrote an email for my requests still it’s still a hassle to get a paid up letter
