Paid up letter

I'm not sure if these consultant workers are just in amateurish,I really don’t understand how you are as MBD allow your staff to treat us like Trash! They have called me regarding a vodacom account and I asked for a settlement which I paid it on 29th February 2024 and requested a paid up letter they said will receive it within 3 working days they've been taking me from pillar to post the last time I spoke to your consultant yesterday she said will receive it after 14 working days this is something that I do not understand.
