Paid up letter

I have been asking for my paid up letter and the first guy who answered was mean and said I’ll have to wait 2 weeks . I then called again and told them I am doing a follow up, the same guy answered but because I asked his name he now changed and said it takes 72hours . I called again and A lady called. Gontse answered and said I’ll get it by end of business yesterday but still nothing. I called this morning and a lady called Nqobile said I should give them 30 minutes and I’ll get it and even now there’s still nothing in my emails . I have been refreshing but nothing .

WILL I EVERY GET MY PAID UP LETTER ?. Typing a paragraph doesn’t take more than 2 minutes 🤬🤬🤬😡
