Paid-up letter
MBD service is ****, I have been calling requesting a paid up letter since February to date I have not received it, my status has not even chaned, account still not closed. Account was paid off in February 2021, MBD consultants they will call every month harassing, reminding u of u monthly payments, but when it's time for them to do right to the client it must take them years to issue just a paid up letter....
