Paid Up Letter
Ever since I Settle my ABSA Loan account via MBD Credit Solution, I haven't receive any communication regarding my paid up letter, i send so many email not even e respond to my email, when i try to call their call center they told me they escalate my my email to the relevent account department, is more than 15 working day ever since i paid my account, I dont under stand why ABSA Bank use this people as they dont even communicate to their customer.
