Paid up letter
I settled my account on the 23-07-2021 was promised that will get my paid up letter within seven days I have been sending emails no one is responding calling the switch board I wait 10 minutes without any one picking up on customer service am not happ . Can I just get my paid up letter what’s hard with that ???????????
