Paid up letter

I am very much disappointed with MBD employees, so unprofessional and rude. i paid off what it was handed over to MBD however when i request for paid up letter no one want to assist instead i was told by the lady called Nomusa that i must stop giving them the hard time. What a rude employee to deal with and not sure why is she still on that space because when i check reviews lot of people are complaining about her. Anyway that's how you run your business probably. all i want is my paid up letter. Again your phone are only ringing and no one answers.
