paid up letter

Whoever owns this company please employ new people This is disgusting service I'm receiving and no one is willing to take accountablilty and help me! Totalsports account was paid up on the 23rd may 2015 and they told me I will receive paid up letter within two days. I went to the store to check and it still shows I'm owing R589 and I have calledd this company 8 times and the customer services directly three times. They tell me they can pick up the account is paid up although they can't clear it with credit berau and they can not close this account as Foschin gave them instructions not to give any1 paid up letter an wen i called foschin they told me they didnt give any lawyer instruction!! So when will this get sorted out, 2 years time??!! I need to apply for credit this is not acceptable!! I am looking for answers NOW!!!!
