Paid up Letter

I have a big concern with this company, Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated AttorneysI have been calling non-stop requesting for my paid-up letter which I did not receive, they are very quick to contact us harassing me for payment now my account was paid up in the middle of the year 2021 and I have contacted them million times for my letter they take me from pillar to post.

I went to the level of going to the store Foschini and exact to complain but I was not given assistance.
