Paid Up Letter

To whom it may concern.

I have paid the amount of R3396.10 for a virgin active account I have sent in proof of payment to get a paid up letter from them a lady by the name of Shaarazaad Lutchman has been dealing with me and up till now I had no contact what so ever I even gave her my work email address to contact with me regards to a paid up letter. This is concerns me as I have worked hard for my money and I have made the payment to clear my name why can't you send me my letter and even virgin active themselves are fighting on my behalf for my letter
