Paid up letter

I've settled my truworthsaccount which was handed over to them about 6 months ago and have been requesting a paid up letter for more that 3 weeks as it still appears on my bureau data but unable to receive it. They were on my case about me paying the account and now it's paid and I can't get a paid up letter.
