Paid up letter

I’m so sick and tired of these people. I’ve been calling them to send me my paid up letter and it’s been stories after stories and it’s so damn frustrating. I’m calling them daily but with no luck .. I’m so ****ed by their poor customer service it’s so damn frustrating.
