Paid up letter
Hi, I am struggling to get a paid up letter. Everytime when I call, I get told my request has been sent through and I will receive it, till this day nothing. It was the same thing with the statement, hence I settled my account because you don't know what your additional charges are. I have begged MBD, sent through emails but to no avail. I feel I have been held hostage
