Paid Up Letter
I have been waiting for a paid up letter since 30 September 2024. I was told it will be issued with 7 business days. Today is business day 19 and I still haven't received it. I have been following up every week since the 30th of September and I always told the matter has been escalated. This is unacceptable! Can someone assist to escalate this.
