Paid up letter
<p>I was taken to MBD Attorneys by Standard bank i have paid up my arrears end of January, is been 5 months since i have requested my paid up letter, i call every week and im not getting any joy from them i was plastered in paying / settling this account i have paid it and im strugling to get my paid up later im even strugling to go through to a consultant phone just rings with no response, i have been sending numerous of email and no answer im really frustated about this issue i dont know how diffcult is it to send a paid up later if is easy for you to contact me and make arrangement with me to pay.<br /><br />regards<br />Tshidiso</p>

The matter is not resolved you guys sent me an email saying that you cannot provide me with a settlement letter and i have rep**** to that email with proof that i have been paying and worst part via your debit order. The matter is far from resolved as you kept quit after you received proof that i have been paying.
Younare affecting my credit with you incompetency, send me my letter. Iv heard enough with you guys
