Paid Up Letter

I was handed over to MBD debt collectors on July 2017 for a Foschini account that I was unable to pay due to loss of employment. A payment arrangement was made with MBD and the debt was subsequently paid in full. To date I have been emailing and calling requesting MBD to provide me with a paid-up letter. Unfortunately, my request fell on deaf ears and the debt to date is still reflecting as unpaid on my Foschini account.

MBD will harass you to get a payment made but when you eventually do, they don't do justice to properly conclude on the matter by providing you with a paid-up letter.

Is it really that difficult for MBD to give you a paid-up letter!
