PAID UP LETTER
This is the second time I have to write a letter to get MBD attention regarding my accounts. I am now chasing up a paid up letter for my Edgars Account I was told to call Edcon to get the paid up letter with from them to my suprise I was told that I can not get a paid up letter because of MBD not doing there part. <br> <br> I am really not happy with MBD because when you try and dial there customer service number rings for 2 mins and the line drops I have been trying t get this sorted out since the beginning of this week with no luck what so ever.
