Paid up letter

I have been calling you several time for my paid up letter on my jet account , you keep on telling me one thing that it has been requested. How long should i wait. It didnt take long for you to set a debit order, now that i finish paying whats taking you so long to send me a paid up letter. How much airtime must i waste by calling you now and then. I need my paid up latter
