Paid up latter

I have a problem with mbd debt collection whom I settle my rsc account with them, they have make arrangements to settle my debts with a discount wich I paid once off via debit order, since then I have requested requests a paid up latter latter wich is they cannot provided to me, I send severals emails without any luck, while RCS demand me to settle my account.of wich I have settled already with mbd, Your assistance will be greatly helpful Regards Ephraim
